Project Industry Context
India’s e-waste recycling ecosystem is one of the fastest-growing segments within the circular economy, with market potential exceeding ₹21,000+ crore. Despite rapid growth, the industry continues to face structural challenges:
- Fragmented and informal supply chains
- Limited transparency in pricing and procurement
- Inefficient lead-to-sale conversion processes
- Liquidity constraints and delayed seller payments
- Poor inventory traceability across collection and warehousing
eMiNES was envisioned to address these challenges by creating a single, scalable digital ecosystem that connects all key stakeholders in the e-waste value chain.
Project Objective
To design and build an end-to-end digital platform that enables:
- Structured onboarding of individuals, scrap dealers, suppliers, corporates, and buyers
- Seamless e-waste sales from lead generation to conversion
- Efficient pickup, warehousing, and inventory management
- Transparent trading and faster settlements
- Scalable operations across B2C and B2B (metric-ton) transactions
Leadership & Strategic Oversight
Role of Gajendra Singh : The project was designed and delivered under the strategic guidance of Gajendra Singh, who played a pivotal role across the entire lifecycle:
- Project acquisition and stakeholder alignment
- Deep requirement understanding across the recycling value chain
- Drafting of functional, operational, and scalability frameworks
- End-to-end project planning and delivery supervision
- Ensuring product-market fit and business viability
His leadership ensured that eMiNES evolved as a business-first platform, not just a technology solution.
Solution Architecture
The eMiNES platform was architected as a modular, integrated ecosystem, covering the complete e-waste lifecycle. The whole solutions architecture was designed by Shakti Pratap Suryavanshi ( CTO, Webkype)
1. Sales CRM Application
End-to-End Sales Management : A centralised Sales CRM enabling structured sales operations across all stakeholder types.

4. Pickup & Collection Application
